We’re looking for a Claims Specialist (f/m/d) to join us on a temporary 6-month journey! You’ll be our customers’ first point of contact in resolving claims, helping shape the future of mobility solutions.

Your Tasks:
* Be the first point of contact for customer claims, managing and resolving them within set limits.
* Investigate, manage, and process claims according to internal guidelines.
* Handle personal injury and material damage claims, including liability and compensation assessments.
* Provide active support to claimants via email, phone, and other channels.
* Negotiate with repair shops, legal authorities, and other relevant parties.
* Interface with Free2Move locations, external experts, law firms, and insurance companies.
* Prepare accident compensation statements and handle complaint assessments.
Your Profile:
* Commercial or technical education (insurance, service, or vehicle-related industries preferred) or equivalent work experience.
* Excellent Italian and strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
* 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
* Familiarity with claims handling, compensation payments, and related jurisdiction; basic understanding of vehicle damage is a plus.
* Ability to work independently with high standards, while thriving in a team environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
