In this position, you'll develop integrated marketing plans that span local events, digital channels and paid media mixes. Collaborating closely with the Head of Business Operations and our talented digital marketing teams—including SEO, PPC, paid social, and affiliate marketing—you'll ensure a cohesive approach that maximizes brand presence and performance across all channels.
Your responsibilities will involve crafting, implementing and analyzing comprehensive marketing strategies based on insights from key stakeholders, including the local marketing team for IBAT and other academic institutions. By understanding our courses, product priorities and unique market nuances, you'll tailor marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and drive growth.
While execution remains a vital component of the role, your primary focus will be on strategic planning and coordination. You'll work collaboratively to set and achieve targets, determine the optimal paid media mix, and effectively prioritize initiatives to ensure alignment across the organization.

Qualifications/Education
Essential: A bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
Desirable: CIM Qualification.

Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide your team and colleagues.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
