We are looking for dedicated and qualified Supervision Works Inspectors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, relevant certifications, and experience in managing and supervising construction projects across various industries. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage works in civil, road, electrical, telecommunication, SCADA, sanitary, and melioration industries.
* Coordinate and lead construction site teams.
* Analyze technical documentation, including building, technical, executive, and as-built documentation.
* Plan, monitor, and evaluate work schedules and project progress.
* Perform cost estimation and quantity surveying tasks.
* Ensure compliance with Polish building laws and international regulations, depending on the project location.
* Collaborate with international teams and clients, leading meetings and correspondence.
Requirements:
* Technical degree in a related field.
* Valid construction license per Polish building law for supervising road industry works.
o Civil license without limitations (advantage for road inspectors).
o Telecommunication license (advantage for electrical inspectors).
* Active membership with the Engineer Chamber (for projects in Poland).
* Compliance with legal requirements in the country where the project is located (for projects abroad).
* Practical knowledge of English (minimum B2 level; C1 is an advantage).
* At least 2-3 years of experience as a construction site manager or supervision inspector.
* Experience in Renewable Energy Sources (RES) investments is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment.
* GWO Basic Certificate is preferred for civil and electrical industry inspectors.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently or occasionally.
