All about the role: We are looking for a Procurement Manager in Logistics to define and manage the sourcing activities of logistics solutions for MA, SDA, and WB in Europe. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure best-in-class service level at competitive costs. In detail, you will: Drive the team to develop and implement the best Sourcing Strategies for Logistics services, including Warehousing & Transportation for Europe, ensuring proper execution and compliance. Accountability on supplier cost performance & service level. People Development: enhance and further develop leadership capabilities of team members in cooperation with HRBP & LM. Develop a collaborative relationship with key peers, fostering standardization of the European contractual setup. Supplier Relationship Management: ensure proper governance in place by holding a strong commercial relationship with suppliers & stakeholders. Search for alternative and innovative logistics solutions to improve efficiency, promote sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Drive and promote continuous improvement actions by leading activities among the team, stakeholders, and suppliers. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration or Economics. Min 5 years of relevant work experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain. Proven experience in leading people. Relevant experience in transport, logistics & supply chain activities. Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Negotiation and interpersonal skills. Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken.
