Business Consulting
Business Transformation is a multidisciplinary competency which gathers capabilities across our five sub-competencies: Transformation Architecture & Sustainability and Transformation Delivery with focus on Public sector. We help solve problems, design and deliver transformation programs for multiple stakeholders on a large scale and in the long term.
Customer is a multidisciplinary competency focused on driving transformation in the front office around the Consumer/Client/Citizen/Patient. We design, build and commercialize new products, services and customer experiences. Our sub-competencies include Innovation and Experience Design and Marketing, Sales and Service.
Finance professionals help our clients in turning the latest disruptive changes affecting the global market into sustainable values. This business unit is composed of three main teams such as Finance Transformation (mapping and reengineering of processes, analysis of organizational models etc…), Industry 4.0 (finance services related to the National Plan 4.0, activities regarding incentives and company grants) and Funding 4 Innovation (management of projects related to European funds).
Supply Chain & Operations Our professionals support companies in preparing for the future era of autonomous supply chains while reducing costs and working capital. Our expertise extends from the end-to-end supply chain strategy to strategic architecture, operational excellence and supply chain resilience.
Digital Risk professionals help clients in achieving sustainable growth. This is carried out by supporting our clients’ efforts to protect their business performance and by providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers and other stakeholders.
Enterprise Risk professionals help clients to identify and address key risk areas, while building the agility to respond quickly to market changes. We leverage technology and integrate upside, downside, and outside risks to drive strategic value and maintain trust in a rapidly changing risk landscape. Key areas of focus include: Internal Audit and Controls, Risk Management, Enterprise Resilience, Third Party Risk Management.
People Consulting
People Consulting has significant opportunity to help our clients address complex issues relating to their people agendas. We deliver long-term value to our clients, people and EY by putting Humans@Center of the Transformation agenda, transforming businesses through the power of people and helping our clients to reimagine their future workforce.
This Sub Service Line is composed of three main teams such as:
HR Transformation and HR Technology enhances value by operating horizontally in the “messy middle” where value and experiences intersect; accelerating digital and transforming the way HR and payroll work is done; and prioritizing spend so traditional HR services are delivered efficiently while investing in new and emerging people priorities.
Talent correlates people investment to business outcomes by helping clients listen to and understand their people using digital platforms; fill in the “blank space” outside talent processes to see how experience gaps erode business value; and close experience gaps with effective interventions.
Workforce Advisory accelerates value by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. We apply asset-enabled capabilities such as organization design, workforce planning and analytics to improve efficiency and agility.
