Job Description:
You will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure that your area of the business keeps pace with demand. In this hands-on role, you will gain experience in implementing a team's approach to drive productivity and working closely with colleagues to address challenges.
Main Responsibilities
* Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
* Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels and business objectives are met across all shifts.
* Support and lead a team, handle administrative work, and build and support a strong team culture.
* Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service.
* Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
A Day in the Life
You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You will also monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritize routine team management and daily operational tasks, and perform individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.
