Customer Assistant
Place of work: UNION LIDO MARE I - 30013 Cavallino Treporti, Venice
Contract: Fixed-term full-time shift work for 40 hours per week with one guaranteed day off.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Assistant, ready to join our team and contribute to customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Main responsibilities:
1. Assisting customers with their enquiries, whether in person, by telephone or by email.
2. Assisting in the day to day customer service operations and resolving any issues.
3. Work with the team to ensure a positive and smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in Italian and English, preferably German; a fourth language is an advantage.
2. Ability to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
3. Openness to candidates without experience, provided they are determined to learn and grow in the role.
4. Positive and proactive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
