Operational Marketing Lead - Southern Europe
This role works closely with the Communications Director to elaborate the annual marketing and communication strategy, to drive the growth of the brand equity across the Southern Europe cluster, ensuring proper coordination among all internal stakeholders and all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the annual business plan presentation for the department.
2. Define the marketing strategy across all touchpoints: media, PR, influencer community, events, etc.
3. Develop comprehensive 360° strategies for new store openings to ensure foot traffic and conversion.
4. Work closely with department stores to ensure synergies and grow visibility.
5. Maintain a strong understanding and analysis of competitors within the competitive jewelry landscape.
6. Proactively collaborate in the follow-up of the communication budget.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. 5+ years of relevant experience in the field, preferably gained in a multinational context at the regional/global level.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate across the organization at all levels.
3. Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail.
4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task.
5. Enthusiastic about proactively presenting learnings and suggesting new ideas.
6. Proficiency in Italian and English; any additional language is an appreciated plus.
7. Proficiency in Office and presentation tools.
