Romazzino a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda for the season 2025 is looking for an experienced and motivated Spa Manager to lead the spa team and create an oasis of relaxation, wellness, and luxury for our esteemed guests.
The Spa Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive revenue growth through innovative wellness offerings and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of the spa. Coordinate schedules and oversee staff to ensure quality and consistency.
* Guest Experience: Create a welcoming and serene atmosphere, delivering a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
* Team Leadership: Motivate a team of spa professionals, maintaining LQA standards and encouraging ongoing professional development.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining cleanliness and regulatory compliance in all areas of the spa.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in a similar role within luxury hospitality or high-end wellness settings.
Education: Degree or diploma in hospitality, wellness management, or a related field.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, budgeting, and organizational skills. A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and an eye for detail.
Language: Proficiency in English and Italian is essential.
