The Digital Health Solution Executive works out of our offices in Milano or Rome within the Core Laboratory Division and will be responsible for promoting, presenting, and driving the selling of consulting services and IT engagements within the region that enable healthcare providers to drive cost efficiencies, operational productivity, and improve the quality of patient care delivery. What You’ll Do Lead the development and presentation of proposals to sell and deliver client engagements that design and implement business and technology solutions for medium to large healthcare providers. Support implementation and oversee the quality of deliverables; effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance; act as a trusted advisor to the customer. Serve as SME for industry trends, changing market regulations, and healthcare policy within the defined customer segment. Build and preserve customer relationships to drive new sales and protect existing business. Develop a healthy and credible opportunity pipeline for new projects and value expansions by understanding and identifying customer needs. Negotiate contracts resulting in long-term commitments and manage the process from quotation to contract. Integrate insights from ongoing business analysis into a multi-year plan. Coordinate appropriate Abbott resources to execute the strategic account plan, including assigning roles, expectations, responsibilities, and timelines. Ensure all activities comply with quality system requirements. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in medical, life sciences, or medical technology. Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years experience in selling digital health solutions. Proven track record in Pre-Sales, Sales, and/or Business Development. Experience in Hospital, E-Health, Outpatient Care, or Diagnostics sectors. Expertise in IT technology within healthcare environments and understanding of how technology drives value in healthcare. Strong understanding of how technology drives value in healthcare is preferred, supported by basic knowledge. Experience in building business on current accounts and creating profitable new accounts. Excellent relationship-building and consulting skills. Service-driven and commercially minded. Support in development and presentation skills. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Proven track record in a similar role, supported by management and customer references. IT-Consulting and Diagnostics experience are preferred. J-18808-Ljbffr
