Your Role
As an Operational Risk Controller at Capgemini Engineering, you will participate in projects related to the Energy sector and work within our Industrial Operations practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support risk control for contracts and/or portfolios.
* Contribute to identifying operational risks associated with projects by working closely with project management teams, assisting in systematic mapping of risks associated with the project.
* Support risk evaluation, classification, and analysis through quantitative analysis and application of main risk management methodologies.
* Support definition of risk mitigation strategies.
* Support activities for modeling new risk management solutions.
* Support adoption of new solutions.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
* 4-6 years of experience in a similar role (candidates with other seniority levels will be considered if they meet the requirements).
* Developed critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze comprehensive risk situations.
* Advanced knowledge of risk management principles and practices, including the ability to identify, analyze, evaluate, and prioritize risks effectively.
* Experience with Risk Analysis Methodologies: Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative methods for risk analysis, such as Monte Carlo analysis, FAIR (Factor Analysis of Information Risk), or scenario analysis techniques.
* Ability to design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, which may include risk transfer, avoidance, acceptance, or reduction measures.
* Ability to perform qualitative-quantitative risk analysis and proficiency in using statistical techniques and modeling.
* Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to adapt to challenges and work on projects.
* Assertive communication skills oriented towards change.
* Good communication skills within complex organizations and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
* Knowledge of the English language.
* Good teamwork skills.
