A Sales Executive analyses local market trends and competitor activity to generate new future business for the hotel.
1. Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads.
2. Develop customer accounts and travel to drive business into the hotel and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams with main focus on Meeting, Events & Weddings.
3. Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
4. Work within current business strategies and recognise potential opportunities.
5. Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
6. Attend and organize client events, as required, presentations, participations in tradeshows, sales trips, fam trips in alliance with Hilton Worldwide’s global sales structure.
7. Develop an effective network within Hilton Worldwide global sales organization and local industry organizations.
8. Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.
9. Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.
