Job Description
The Quality Operations IV role is responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and product outputs. This includes defining activities, processes, and standards to meet quality requirements, auditing and monitoring processes, and reporting on deviations and defects. This role supports Takeda's mission by maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all operations.
How you will contribute:
1. Define and specify activities, processes, and standards to fulfill quality requirements
2. Audit and monitor processes to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
3. Conduct product integrity testing and ensure orders meet quality requirements
4. Report on process deviations and defects
5. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and validations
6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high-quality outputs
7. Provide expert technical support during quality inspections and evaluations
