Responsibilities:
1.Stakeholder Communication
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, client representatives, project managers, subcontractors, local authorities, residents, and all individuals impacted by the project.
Represent Goldwind with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and honesty, ensuring that all interactions are clear, respectful, and goal - oriented.
2.Progress Reporting
Provide daily, detailed reports to the project manager and clients regarding the project's progress.
Use visual aids and data analytics to present a comprehensive overview of key milestones, achievements, and any potential challenges or delays.
3.Data Compilation
Compile and organize all statistics and reports as required by the client. This includes but is not limited to project progress updates, manpower utilization (both current and projected), and equipment availability reports.
Ensure that all data is accurate, up - to - date, and presented in a clear and understandable format.
4.Team Supervision
Leverage your extensive experience to supervise teams of employees and subcontractors in complex work environments.
Implement effective leadership strategies to ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, and work together safely and efficiently to achieve project goals.
5.Technical Support
Deliver comprehensive technical explanations and guidance for the mechanical and electrical installation of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs).
Troubleshoot and resolve on - site and port mechanical/electrical installation issues promptly, using your in - depth technical knowledge and problem - solving skills.
6.Record - Keeping
Maintain meticulous and up - to - date records across various aspects of the project. This includes site attendance, site induction programs, toolbox talks, accident reports, goods received, weekly site summaries, safety inspections, plant register records, scaffold reports, and all staff - related administrative forms.
Ensure that all records are stored securely and are easily accessible for auditing and reference purposes.
7.HSE Management
Take full responsibility for the control and implementation of all legal and site - specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies. This involves maintaining safety and equipment registers, reporting incidents in a timely manner, conducting disciplinary hearings when necessary, assessing the skills and competencies of all personnel involved in the project, and carrying out monthly safety audits.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential HSE risks to create a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualification:
Relevant academic education (e.g. Engineering bachelor degree or similar).
More than 5 years of experience in wind turbine construction business or EPC construction business. Have good knowledge of wind turbine installation technology or EPC construction projects.
Have good knowledge and experience with HSE system and quality control system.
Work well under pressure and have impressive stress management.
Strong oral and written English communication skills.
