How you will learn and grow
You will join our Group HR team and you will be part of the Industrial Relations central team, working directly with HR Business Partners from both our Business Units (Self Adhesives and Special Papers). You will have a crucial role in reporting activities as well as participating in the preparation and negotiation phase of labor policy harmonization for the whole Group. In particular:
* You will actively support the Head of Industrial Relations to prepare for negotiations between the organization and labor unions.
* You will collaborate transversely with colleagues from our plants to gather useful data and information.
* You will select relevant data and perform high quality analysis to generate useful insights for decision making.
* You will monitor the employment regulatory updates at national and international level, as well as best practices developed by other companies.
* You will be the end-to-end owner of the Welfare and Health insurance processes for the Italian perimeter.
* You will coordinate regular internal updates on Industrial Relations topics, bringing onboard relevant stakeholders from the HR team.
* You will cooperate closely with the HR Generalist/Administration team to evaluate impacts of all Industrial Relations decisions made at Group level.
* You will be gradually exposed to the negotiations with unions, depending on the topic and the stakeholders involved.
What you’ll add to the team
* You have a Degree in Law or related fields.
* You have 3-5 years of previous experience in Industrial Relations within multinational corporate or in HR manufacturing roles within complex environments.
* You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
* You are an analytical thinker, with a strong attention to details and able to prioritize tasks in order to meet challenging deadlines.
* You are a real team player, able to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
* You have a positive and flexible attitude and proactive approach towards improvement and change.
* You are willing to travel across locations as required in order to interact with different functions.
* Italian is your mother tongue, and you are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
