Illycaffè is an Italian company founded in Trieste in 1933 with the mission to offer the best coffee to the world. We are looking for a Digital Platform Manager to join our Global Marketing Department.
The Digital Platform Specialist will be responsible for managing projects related to the update and evolution of corporate websites, ensuring their functionality, efficiency, and continuous improvement aligned with business needs and digital strategies.
Responsabilities:
* Manage and coordinate digital projects, particularly those related to updates and the evolution of the corporate website network.
* Oversee the scouting, activation, and optimization of digital marketing platforms and services (e.g., CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms, personalization engines).
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, IT, e-commerce) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure the timely delivery of projects, maintaining quality and staying within budget.
* Implement and manage Content Management Systems (CMS) to publish and update editorial content across digital platforms.
* Analyze data from digital platforms to identify and implement continuous improvements.
* Create project and functional documentation.
* Optimize digital experiences through a UX/UI design approach, enhancing website navigation and user engagement.
* Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve the performance and conversion rates of digital platforms.
Requirements:
Experience and Technical Skills:
* At least 3 years of experience managing digital projects, preferably in digital agencies.
* Advanced knowledge of CMS platforms, preferably Salesforce CMS and LiveStory.
* Expertise in UX/UI design, with the ability to create and optimize editorial web pages.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing CRO strategies to enhance web page performance.
* Familiarity with digital platforms and marketing services, such as:
* Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
* Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
* CRM/E-Commerce Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
* Proficiency in project management, with knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
* Ability to write functional/business requirements, interpret technical specifications, and collaborate effectively with IT teams.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
* Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced knowledge of CMS platforms like LiveStory and Salesforce.
* Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master).
* Certifications in UX/UI or CRO (e.g., NN/g, CXL).
* Experience managing projects with significant budgets and high complexity.
