The Office IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of IT systems and services in the local office. This includes managing hardware, software, network infrastructure, and providing technical assistance to staff. The role will require quick problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues. You will also collaborate with the global IT team to implement and maintain standardized processes and solutions.
It’s going to act as Office IT Support Specialist single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.

1. Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
2. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT issues.
3. Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and office IT infrastructure (including networking, VPN, and remote access solutions)
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
6. Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar role
7. Relevant IT certifications (, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, ITIL) are highly desirable
8. Fluency in Italian and English
