Job Description What you’ll do: OMLP is a two-year entry-level rotational program consisting of four 6-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training. Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, etc.), as well as leadership and personal development topics. There are 3 mandatory rotation opportunities every OMLP will complete: Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce) Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow) Technical (quality, lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer) What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications): BS or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain. Supply chain degrees should have hands-on manufacturing experience. Unrestricted work authorization to work in Italy. Desire to stay in Italy post completion of the OMLP program. Overall GPA (or equivalent) greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 (without rounding). Prior work experience - including but not limited to work in a manufacturing setting (internship or associate). No more than 2 years of full-time industry experience. Open to relocation (within home country. There are no international rotations). Fluent in Italian. English professional level. IMPORTANT NOTE: All CVs must be submitted in English. What will make you stand out: Prior intern or co-op experience in manufacturing and lean. A major in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering. Ability to solve problems in a team/manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to connect with all levels of the organization, innovation-driven, customer-focused, lean mindset, team player, and accountable. A strong commitment to a career in manufacturing/supply chain. Relocation requirement: All rotations will be in Italy. There are no international rotations.
