What you’ll do The Senior Recruiter VST is accountable for defining and implementing the resourcing and employer branding approach at market level, spreading the image of Vodafone as an inclusive, diverse, and responsible employer, ensuring that Global policies and processes are in place to manage internal and external resourcing in line with Vodafone people priorities, business needs and Group guidelines. He/she will perform in a fast-paced environment connecting with different stakeholders and collaborating with different teammates. It will act as Talent Acquisition single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with 900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.
