Job Title: Brand Manager About the Role: Our Client is seeking a part-time Brand Manager to lead and execute brand development and sales strategies within the fashion, footwear, apparel, and home décor markets. This role involves engaging with existing partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through sustainable material innovations. The ideal candidate is results-driven, environmentally conscious, and has experience in brand management, sales, or marketing within relevant industries. Work Schedule: Part-time, (15 hours per week). Flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings globally. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base. Identify and engage potential brand partners, pitching products and securing new business. Cultivate relationships with existing partners, understanding their needs and offering sustainable solutions. Stay informed on industry trends, consumer demands, and sustainability movements. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling brand narratives and sales materials. Work with R&D to align product development with market needs. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences. Analyze sales data, monitor performance metrics, and provide strategic insights. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or brand management in fashion, textiles, sustainable materials, or consumer goods. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Passion for sustainability and innovation. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or brand outreach is a plus. Knowledge of market research, trend forecasting, and sales strategy development. Cultural appreciation for sustainability, veganism, and environmentalism. Compensation package: Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
