Job Description
The Creative Marketing Lead will play a key part in our player-centric strategy, ensuring sustainable player growth through innovative creative execution.
This role involves leading the development and execution of innovative UA creatives to attract and engage potential players. The Creative Marketing Lead will work closely with the marketing team to develop a wide range of materials, from video ads to store marketing assets in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring a strong brand presence across all marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute UA creative strategies that resonate with our target audience, working with internal teams and creative partners to produce 2d animated videos and static assets for user acquisition campaigns.
* Project Management: Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and timely completion while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
* Performance Optimization: Analyze the performance of creative assets, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to refine and improve creative quality and results in collaboration with performance marketing teams.
* Team management: Oversee creative production pipeline by leading brainstorming sessions, sharing creative performance insights, and providing feedback to the creative team
* Platform Optimization: Ensure all creative content aligns with platform-specific guidelines and advertising standards.
* ASO: Optimize app store pages (Apple and Google Play) by crafting awesome assets and conducting a/b tests to drive high conversion rates and maintain a visually appealing brand presence across all platforms.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with art, performance marketing, and product teams to align on creative strategies and objectives, while providing constructive feedback to both internal and external teams.
* Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor strategies, using insights to push creative boundaries and explore new ways to market to our target audience.
* Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance creative processes for maximum impact.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability as a Senior Marketing Artist, with experience leading a team or a big project in the mobile gaming industry
* Strong knowledge and experience working with Adobe Cloud Suite: Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
* Strong sense of creativity and a passion for graphic excellence
* Knowledge of mobile gaming KPIs
* Ability to effectively communicate creative choices to diverse stakeholders
* Strong sense of ownership and ability to optimize workflows for efficiency
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Immense appetite for learning and a passion for mobile entertainment/gaming
* Strong portfolio showcasing your best 2D artwork, including UA videos and promotional assets

There are people who like to go once every week, or two days every two weeks, four days straight, or even combining the last 4 days of one month with the first 4 days of the next month and only go 8 days straight every two months.
