Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise customer service activities and post-sales assistance.
* Oversee the order-to-cash process.
* Collaborate with sales, support functions, and other internal/external organizations to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage service deviations and implement corrective actions.
* Coordinate with local logistics partners to optimize activities and flows.
* Leverage SAP automation to streamline processes and improve existing automations.
* Work with the Supply Chain team to define forecasts and demand planning.
* Participate in budgeting processes related to sales and demand.
* Develop market strategies for public and private sectors in collaboration with sales teams.
* Coordinate public administration tender activities.
* Maintain process monitoring and contribute to continuous improvement within own area of responsibility and beyond.
Requirements and Personal Skills:
* Education: Degree in Economics or Pharmacy.
* Language: English fluency.
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in similar positions within the Pharma industry (public tender).
* Specific Knowledge: Office software, SAP, IHS.
* Personal Skills: Accuracy, organizational skills, analytical abilities, curiosity, flexibility, availability, excellent communication skills.
