Within the Project Management Team, you will be Project Leader to achieve Project Targets in terms of time, quality and costs and product.

* PM is the person assigned by the performing organization to achieve the project goals; It includes the overall responsibility for the results of the project work as defined in the Project (e.g. meeting specifications, deadlines, budget, and product target costs);
* Create the Project Management Plan: to start project implementation, the project requires a Project Management Plan. Coordinate the creation of subordinate management plan(s) and other planning documents as there are description of the initial situation, definition of targets / non-targets, a general description of project content and scope, a description of the assumptions and constraints in view of project execution, a description of the key stakeholders involved, a stake holder analysis, a description of the main goods and services to be subcontracted and a representation of the project organization. Subordinate management plans can be those for project scope, schedule, cost, quality (plan), process improvement, staffing, communication, risk and procurement.
* Lead the Project Team, coordinate all activities in the project and be the interface to the customer and other involved parties (stakeholders).
* Create the Project Scope definition: The Project Scope supplies an overview of the project. Among other information contained in the Project Scope definition it is proven good practice to establish a Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to outline the main deliverables.
* Perform the Project Risk List. Identify the possible project risks, the risk analysis (qualitative and if possible, quantitative) and the planning of the risk counter measures
* Last but not least you will provide in a timely manner relevant information for the Project steering committee and board management. An active contribution is expected in terms of growing the competence of company through continuous improvement activities and providing lessons learnt.
* > 5 years as Project Manager in a mid-high complex environment, preferably in a matrix organization (ability to work in a team, ability for effective coordination of a team);
* Good social and leadership skills, with proven experience in leading team members (even if not hierarchically)
* Proven experience as single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customer with know-how in contracting and commercial practice;
* Knowledge in Project Management Fundamentals, be familiar with Project Management methodologies such as Agile or modernStage & Gate; (preferably PMP certified)
* Good Equipment and Digital Systems understanding (Data Science, Electronics, Control, Mechanics)
* Good ability to run configuration management and change management in the project
* Familiar with structured problem-solving methodologies
* Fluent in the English language
* Experience abroad will be considered a plus
