Technical After-Sales Automotive (German Language)
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and service standards of the technical support team in claims processing.
Activities:
- Management and analysis of technical support tickets (1st level help desk).
- Support in the implementation of practices to improve the operational efficiency of processes.
- Review of warranty claims.
- Ongoing interface with dealers in the field and remotely.
- Creation and review of monthly reports.
- Creation and management of team performance and process reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
-Mandatory knowledge of German language (at least B2).
- Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components).
- Knowledge of technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
