Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk operations during the 2025 summer season. A background in similar facilities or the hotel industry is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage check-in/check-out processes, guest requests, and phone calls with exceptional customer service skills.
* Ensure accurate records and reports, including cash handling and room assignments.
* Supervise, train, and coach front desk staff to optimize performance.
* Maintain front office equipment and supplies, ensuring they are always in good working order.
* Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a front desk or related role.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (desired).
* Fluency in English (required).
