The opportunity
Global HR Technical StaffingCoordinator aims to leverage Intertek's international network, strategically positioning the Technical Recruitment service of the Industry Services business line for success.Intertek is a leading supplier of Technical Staffing and Inspection Services (TSS and TIS) to the world's largest energy, engineering, and construction companies. Intertek can supply an internationally experienced, technically qualified contingent workforce to augment client staff.
Goals:
* Develop and promote a robust global recruiting community that will ensure fulfilment of the technical staffing needs for the Energy&Inftastructure sectors, worldwide
* Ensure business Regional teams have full visibility of local and global resources needed
* Align people & resources needs to the 2030 Industry Services business line target
What you’ll do:
1. Communication and brand identity:
* Establish dedicated collaborative channels –announce ongoing projects, hires & share CVs
* Implement resource request procedures & define escalation process & SLAs
2. Technical Development:
* Develop and implement clear working procedures for each recruitment team per subregion
* implement a cross-functional hiring management integration in the CRM
* Mantain an interactive map for our organizational structure – incl. search functions such as services/country, ongoing projects, employee contact details, etc.
3. Recruitment, TA and internal mobility:
* Categorise agency use & revenue loss per region to prioritize action plans & support
* Analyse the need for a dedicated regionalrecruiter
* Facilitate international mobility – internal HR & external support and managing Work Permit processes, Overseas Tax implications.
4. Kpi monitoring & training
* Regularly update stakeholders on Kpi’s and improvements
* Support local teams' upskilling with dedicated training materials and support
What we’re looking for:
* University degree, or equivalent qualification
* >4 years’ experience in recruitment and technical staffing, gained in consultancy companies, employment agencies, or companies in the industrial sector
* familiarity with the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
* fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
* organizational skills, and dynamism, to successfully manage several vacancies
* customer orientation, team spirit
* flexibility and willingness to learn
