Your Role:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients via email and phone, following thorough training from your
Manager.
- Support the placement of candidates in international programs by conducting interviews, translating CVs,
and providing client support before, during, and after their experiences abroad.
- Identify new organisations and destinations for candidate placements.
- Organize and participate in events to grow the Roast Jobs community and increase brand visibility.
- Assist in the development of the company, services and processes as needed.
Requirements:
- At least one experience or a degree in hospitality, tourism, marketing, language, or client relationship
- Fluency in English and one additional language is required, with Portuguese, French, Spanish, or Italian
being considered an asset.
- Good customer service skills and people skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Genuine interest in different cultures.
- Proactive behaviour with a strong drive to contribute.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients
and team members.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and personal growth to advance within the company.
