We are currently increasing our team within the Flat Products area.
Job Locations: Buttrio (UD), Genova (GE).
We are looking for project managers with skills and hands-on experience in industrial automation. Candidates must be able to coordinate the entire project flow from the final phase of the commercial negotiation with the customer, through the development phases of the job order, to the commissioning of the plant. We are looking for influential figures who can relate to internal and external customers, demonstrating initiative, flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide (20-30% of the time).
Responsibilities:
1. Drawing up of risk assessments, contracts and contract management
2. Risk assessment, recovery plans, claims management
3. Coordinating with the various teams and subsidiaries involved in job progress (Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly)
4. Shipping supervision and responsibility for the job order income statement
5. Coordination of site work up to the startup of the plant
6. Customer relations and satisfaction
7. Financial management of job orders
Technical Requirements:
1. Digital skills: Microsoft Project; Word; Excel; AutoCAD; Visio
2. High School Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Electrotechnical, Management)
3. Previous experience (minimum 4 years) as PM in the industrial automation field is extremely appreciated
4. Relations with external customers
5. The candidate will preferably have knowledge of claims management processes
6. The candidate will preferably have PMP certification
7. Confident with basic processes of direction, start-up and commissioning activities
8. Aware of basic purchasing processes (make or buy)
9. Basic tools for shipping logistics
10. Proficiency in spoken and written English
11. Ability to read and interpret sales and/or supply contracts
12. Ability to plan and schedule job activities, focusing on timeframes, costs and quality
