WE ARE LOOKING FORBAT ITALIA, worldwide leader in FMCG:Production Engineering Manager -BATMain Responsibilities:Lead the Production lines (with 24 hours accountability) to deliver business results and to ensure maximum productivity, target achievement, and customer satisfaction;Deliver production volume in accordance with plan and budget, as well as applying the Integrated Work System (IWS) and standards and policies;Implement continuous improvements to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency by optimizing individual work stages and overall processes;Deliver production schedule targets as agreed with Scheduling and Production Manager;Control the maintenance task lists are in place and support execution of NPI activities on production lines to ensure full compliance of the workplace and employees with legislation;Ensure proper application of Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures;Implement maintenance interventions and process innovation, monitoring the maintenance process using indicators like MTTR and MTBF and develop strategies to achieve predetermined objectives.Requirements: Degree in Engineering with a technical or managerial focus.At least 5 years of experience in the role or a similar position, preferably in the Automotive sector and/or CNC mechanical processing.Good command of the English language.Knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement.Ability to collaborate in drafting production budgets and responsibility for cost control within their sector.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Work Location: Trieste (TS)Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
