The 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Club Manager.
Main tasks:
1. Supervise and manage the daily operations of the assigned outlet.
2. Train and develop staff.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality service.
4. Schedule and organise staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
5. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
6. Control the outlet's cash receipts.
7. Maintain and ensure compliance with all company standards.
8. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the outlet.
9. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
11. Handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner.
12. Monitor and ensure smooth operation of service areas and customer satisfaction.
13. Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
14. Ensure that cash and non-cash handling is done properly.
15. Organise appointments and meetings for the staff, changes the menu and address other work-related issues.
16. Be responsible for the company's performance and sales, ensuring the achievement of company profits and targets.
17. Conduct monthly supply inventories and maintain an optimal stock level to meet customer demand, avoiding excesses and identifying waste to achieve optimal profit without compromising company performance.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years' experience in the role.
2. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
