Business Associate (BA):
1. 📞 Act as the primary client contact.
2. 📑 Understand and translate customer requirements into functional and technical specifications.
3. 🛠️ Provide GIS software solutions for field service management.
4. ✍️ Document business requirements and ensure clear communication with technical teams.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, reporting directly to the Manager of reference, you will be involved in building up GIS solutions and collaborating with our customers and business partners to collect and analyze requirements, as well as drawing up functional documentation and process design. According to your seniority level, you will supervise the technical implementation of the required business solution, monitor the progress of projects, as well as timing, deadlines, and actual results compared to the initial plan. 📝
