Key Responsibilities:
* Channel Strategy Development: Collaborate with regional sales team to define channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets for Southern Europe and in alignment with EU strategy.
* Partner Enablement: Create and implement programs that educate and empower channel partners to effectively sell our solutions, including product training, sales collateral, and digital content.
* Campaign Execution: Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, including online marketing, webinars, events, and other initiatives aimed at increasing partner engagement, driving demand and building brand awareness.
* Content Creation & Localization: Tailor HQ developed content for region-specific campaigns & activities.
* Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future channel marketing initiatives.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing detailed reports on ROI, lead generation, and partner sales performance. Track marketing spend, manage claim process.
* Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize and participate in partner-facing events, conferences, and trade shows, both virtual and in-person, to generate leads and build brand awareness.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, brand marketing, product marketing to align marketing efforts with the business strategy and ensure successful execution across multiple channels.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
* Strong understanding of Southern European markets, channel structure and business practices.
* Proven track record of creating and executing successful channel marketing campaigns.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional Southern European languages (Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese) a plus.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
