PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Intern will support the Business owner in consolidating functional documents to provide consistent requirements to suppliers and reporting vs platforms.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
* Data analysis on excel.
* Update and management of document in Sharepoint site collection.
* Update the information in platforms tools.
* Staff Minutes of the Meeting.
* Manage the shared mailbox to prioritize notifications and reminders.
DEEP COMPETENCES IN:
* Documents Management (word processing and spreadsheet applications).
* Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software such as MS project, and MS office pack (excel, power point).
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
* English language.
* Business Intelligence (Qlik sense and/or Power BI).
* Systemic approach to any topics and good attention to details.
* Focused on project targets.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Good analytical and planning skills.
* Learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Work effectively within a team setting.
