Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Familiarity with widely used CNC systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain).
