We need a highly skilled 1st Line IT Help Desk Expert to join Tiro Partners Limited as a freelancer.
The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in IT/Help Desk support, be knowledgeable about technology fundamentals, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
The job entails receiving and addressing incoming calls/reports on technical issues, preparing detailed incident/ticket reports, troubleshooting and resolving problems as the first point of contact, managing asset inventories and updating documentation, and offering general operational assistance to the team.
Essential qualifications include a degree or relevant experience in computer science or related field, primarily office-based work with occasional flexible remote work options after gaining experience, significant expertise in IT Support/Help Desk, broad technology awareness, self-driven work approach, effective communication skills, and high level of Italian and English language proficiency.
This role necessitates regular site visits and fluency in both Italian and English languages. Remuneration for this position can reach up to Euro 200/day.
