We are looking for a highly qualified Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the strategic management of sales and marketing activities for Le Cinque Vele, a luxury brand redefining the beach club experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and enhance visibility within the luxury segment.
* Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising, to reach the target audience.
* Coordinate and manage exclusive events, presentations, and promotional activities to strengthen the brand's position.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships with tour operators, luxury travel agencies, and influencers.
* Manage and optimize the brand's online presence, including the website and social media channels, ensuring consistent communication aligned with the brand's image and values.
* Analyze market trends, monitor the performance of activities, and provide periodic reports on achieved objectives.
* Lead a team of marketing and sales professionals, focusing on performance optimization and business growth.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury, hospitality, or travel sectors.
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO techniques, and social media marketing.
* Proven experience in team management and creating effective advertising campaigns.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze and interpret market data to optimize strategies.
* Proactive attitude, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
* Passion for the luxury sector, experiential tourism, and innovation.
* Fluent in Italian and English (other languages are a plus).
