Job Title: Patient Services Assistant / Call Center Rep
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Pay Range: $17.00-18.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!
What’s the Job?
* Scheduling appointments by phone
* Processing prescription requests, verifying insurance, and responding to referral requests
* Handling email correspondence with providers and clinic staff
What’s Needed?
* High School Diploma or GED
* At least 1 - 2 years of customer service and clerical experience
* Strong, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Ability to keep up with high-volume environments
* Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
* Ability to meet Michigan Medicine's pre-employment screening and compliance requirements
