As Beach Club Manager, you will support the overall Beach Club operations of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. You will coordinate the hostess team, outsourcing team and bay watch team to promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations (phone, email and on-site), greeting guests and accompany them to their sunbeds and monitor the sunbeds rotation.What will you do?
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
* Understand and apply all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures related to guest service, operations, personal discipline, and grooming.
* Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
* Maintain professional telephone etiquette and a thorough understanding of reservation policies and procedures.
* Be fully familiar with the services offered at the Beach Club.
* Greet and accommodate guests warmly, setting a tone of welcoming hospitality throughout their experience.
* Ensure the front desk and Beach Club areas are always covered and maintain a welcoming and attractive environment in line with standards.
* Check each sunbed to ensure it is clean and fully set up before seating guests.
* Gather feedback from guests about their experience and address any issues promptly, involving management if necessary.
* Assist with service whenever needed.
* Perform cashier duties and close open positions.

* Previous experience in Beach Club operations.
* Attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
* Excellent guest service skills.
* Proficiency in English.
