**Job Offer:**
Medi Service SRL is seeking a Technical Technician to be employed for installations, scheduled maintenance and on-call interventions on Eco PET compactors in the Abruzzo-Marche area.

**Responsibilities:
* Ticket management received from the Customer Care department
* Problem identification
* Scheduled monthly maintenance interventions + on-call interventions in the Abruzzo and Marche territories
* Client response and ticket closure
* Execution of periodic procedures
**Requirements:
* High school diploma in technical/electronic or mechanical fields
* Good manual skills and attitude towards using traditional tools necessary for repairs
* Familiarity with the Windows operating system (basic configuration, software installation and antivirus, email clients, etc.)
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
* Cat. B driving license
* English language knowledge
