The role will work closely with the CEO and department directors to gather and analyze business needs, develop strategic HR plans, and promote a corporate culture based on innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and selection: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to hiring.Onboarding: Design and implement onboarding programs to facilitate the integration and success of new hires.Business needs analysis: Provide strategic support to departments by identifying the skills required to meet business objectives.Corporate welfare: Develop and implement innovative welfare policies aligned with the company's values.HR budget management: Analyze, monitor, and optimize the HR department's budget to ensure sustainable resource management.Hiring and training strategies: Define plans to attract top talent and develop training pathways for internal staff.Leadership and recruitment team management: Oversee and coordinate the team responsible for recruitment and selection.Strategic collaboration: Serve as a direct liaison with the CEO and directors to translate corporate priorities into effective HR strategies.RequirementsExperience: At least 7-8 years in similar roles, focusing on recruitment, organizational development, and strategic HR management.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Work Psychology, Human Sciences, or equivalent.
