JOB LOCATION: Muthu Clumber Park Hotel & Spa, Worksop, England.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen- Create and develop new menu items and recipes- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and prep cooks- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus and specials- Monitor food costs and work within budgetary constraintsExperience:- Experience as a chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Proven track record in menu development and creating innovative dishes- Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing daily operations- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required - Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating delicious meals- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and management- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
