Brand Design Product Communication Supervisor
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Brand Design Product Communication Supervisor to join our Creative Marketing Team.
This role combines creative concept development, brand and visual design oversight, and accountability for creative and product copywriting.
The position involves leading a team of designers and trend scouting specialists, collaborating with other departments to align product communication and visual assets with company objectives and ensure a cohesive, engaging brand identity.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of designers and trend scouting specialists, providing feedback throughout the creative process.
* Interpret creative briefs to produce cohesive concepts, including narrative, verbal, and visual identities.
* Develop creative concepts and deliver ideas across platforms for project briefs and new brand design pitches.
* Take full accountability for creative and product copywriting, including presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
* Supervise the creation of visual brand assets, such as logos, packaging visuals, and marketing materials.
* Oversee the development of comprehensive media projects, product communication strategies, and marketing materials.
* Present creative ideas and concepts to partners and stakeholders, contributing to pitch materials and presentations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
* At least three years of experience in creative concept development, brand design, product copywriting, product marketing, brand or content management.
* Fluency in English is mandatory, with an advanced level in both written and spoken communication.
* Proven creativity, ability to generate impactful ideas, and craft compelling written content.
