This VIE position will play a key role in achieving brand objectives for the largest business size in Opella Italy & the Global Brand performance. This role will be responsible for maintaining strong business performance by supporting the Brand & Marketing activation plan, including development & localization of global brand campaigns, and opening up new opportunities to further grow the brand.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Italy Zone brand lead in achieving annual sales, profit and market share target through localization of the Global brand strategy & strong execution.
* Analyze market trends, competition landscape & activation results in order to propose action plans to maximize growth, aligned with our brand ambition.
* Development of the brand through a marketing plan including offline & online activations, e-commerce, Pharmacist engagement, etc. in Consumer Healthcare category.
* Work closely with the Media Team to manage media planning and execution including all digital development.
* Work with CMI to identify consumer / shoppers insights that should be embedded in Brand activation plans.
* Work with multiple stakeholders: Digital team, Sales team, Trade & Shopper marketing, Science team (Regulatory, Medical, Quality) and also Local/global stakeholders.
* Lead ad hoc strategic projects that contribute to brand growth in short & long term.
* Management of day-to-day marketing, digital marketing & communication operation.
About You
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Master degree in Business, Marketing; knowledge, interest in pharma industry.
* Experience in FMCG marketing within a renowned multinational company is a plus.
* Brand/Product management experience is a plus.
* Project management experience with international teams is a plus.
* Excellent language skills required: Fluent English & Italian (minimum C1).
