About the Talent Garden Project
Natuzzi launched the Talent Garden Project to select young talents with high potential to promote in various business areas, including Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Controlling, Health, Safety & Energy, Finance, Internal Audit, Retail and Commercial, Interior/Product Design, Merchandising, etc.
Our aim is to create a pool of talents, young graduates, to be included in internships in various key business areas to contaminate the environment with freshness and innovation by sharing projects and experiences.
We'll entrust young talents with different Projects Works to test their capabilities, skills, and ambitions and derive new ideas/solutions useful for the company's innovation process.
After the internship, we will evaluate future job opportunities with the most talented ones.
About the Selection Criteria
* Who We Are Searching: High Potential People (still studying)
* Which Soft Skills: Result-oriented; Analytical thinking; Time Management; Communication; Team Work.
* Checking: English (as a must); Excel; Project Management.
* Nice to Have: Abroad experience; Master degree.
Growth Gears Shapes
1. Selection phase: Group assessment, testing, and individual interview.
2. Onboarding: Induction plan and dedicated Learning Plan with tutoring assignment.
3. Project works assignment: Dedicated and specific projects to enhance interests, passions, and inclinations.
4. Manager's coaching: To support and develop learning through the guidance of the Manager/Coach in observing Natuzzi Company processes and dynamics directly on the field.
Other Details
* Starting from September 2023 for 6 months.
* Daily timing following the Daily Standard Company Working Time (09:15AM - 06:15PM).
* Reimbursement expenses as per Natuzzi company policy, adapted to required standards and parameterized on the basis of additional parameters such as distance, distinctive merits, etc. + ticket restaurant.
* Work location: On premises in Natuzzi HQ. Based in Santeramo in Colle (BA).
