DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE The Junior Communication Specialist will have the opportunity to support the brand communication team, for building strong relationships with AW LAB's audience, for improving the awareness and reputation of AW LAB. The resource will support the Communication Team in developing the production of AW LAB and its brand campaigns, enhancing the company’s Tone of Voice through various channels and supporting the team on the development of special projects. KEY CHALLENGES AND PROBLEM AREAS Plan and manage the production of campaigns for AW LAB and brand partners Plan the budget, define the team (photographer, stylist, models, etc.). Be able to suggest new talents and agencies to collaborate with Manage storytelling contents/formats and activities Manage all materials production relating to the corporate identity for the activities of internal communication Manage all materials relating to the corporate identity for the store Prepare the assets for the production of the in-store, digital, and social media tools.
