More information is available at essity.com. We are currently seeking a driven and passionate Graduate Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Altopascio (Lucca) facility. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our project management division to contribute to the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of impactful projects across the organization. As a key part of our team, you will report directly to the Site Infrastructure and Technical Manager, supporting a vital production site. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence at one of our key production locations. About the Role Location: Altopascio (LU) What will you do: Collaborate with the project management team to define project objectives, develop plans, and establish timelines based on understanding of goals and deliverables. Assist in creating and revising project plans, ensuring alignment with available resources, scope, and time constraints, making adjustments when necessary. Monitor project progress, identifying deviations from schedules, and recommending corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery. Support to manage project resources and budgets by allocating personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently, tracking costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Handle project documentation, prepare reports, manage key discussions, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders. Who You Are: Minimum experience in project management, ideally through an internship in the role or in similar positions. A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; experience with Microsoft Project or similar software is preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while managing stress effectively. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
