Description
We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Customer Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and engage with business customers by showcasing our technology and helping them discover how Apple and third-party products and solutions can meet their needs.
You'll proactively engage with and provide excellent customer service to Apple Retail Business customers, seeking to understand their requirements, identifying opportunities for ownership, presenting products and services, and educating them on relevant ways to purchase.
As the go-to expert and store team mentor on business customer needs and solutions, you'll collaborate across the Apple Store in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events, recommending unique offerings that fit customers' business needs.
Your long-term relationships with local business customers will be built through proactive and informative engagement, exceptional service, and tailored recommendations.
To ensure we have accurate business intelligence, you'll maintain up-to-date business customer contact and relationship information in our Customer Relationship Management app.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you may be required to perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.

* Maintain accurate business customer contact and relationship information in our CRM app.
Requirements:
* You should be available to work a schedule based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
* Have experience with Apple products, services, and solutions.

* Communicate effectively with different audiences.

* Build rapport with internal and external customers, including business owners and executives.
