Job Description
What will you take care of?
Within the Automotive Aftermarket division, we are looking for a person who will work within the Customer Care team as a Customer Consultant Advanced.
Help shaping the future: You will manage and support strategic customers for Order to Cash topics, including IT integration and troubleshooting.
Manage and monitor: You will manage and monitor customer orders and related activities (deliveries, complaints, invoicing, debit/credit notes), taking the appropriate action.
Take on responsibility: You will coordinate forecasts with customers, consult on assortment, conduct monthly exchanges, and maintain customer contracts including subscriptions and services.
Experience cooperation: You will continuously exchange information with customers and internal sales, including customer face-to-face visits and monitor the development of customers with regard to logistic maturity.
Reliable implementation: You will contribute to process improvements with internal experts when necessary; you will implement knowledge and use of relevant IT systems and KPI tracking per customer (e.g., Power BI, SAP).
The activity involves an exchange of information with many business functions (sales, accounting, logistics) both at the Italy and foreign level, as well as relations with external customers.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
Experience and know-how:
* 4-5 years of experience in a commercial company with sales processes knowledge;
* IT knowledge of Office Packages and SAP (Sales Area);
* Initiative and cooperation skills;
* Cross-functional working;
* Fluent in English;
* Understanding of customer order processes.
