Job Description
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and leadership experience in managing a team while optimizing campaigns for business outcomes. You will be expected to confidently discuss technical implementations, provide strategic guidance to clients, and deliver data-backed insights in external meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and optimise performance campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
* Own budget responsibility for accounts, including margin management, forecasting, and optimisation to maximise efficiency and ROI;
* Leverage data insights to drive strategic decision-making, ensuring campaigns deliver on KPIs;
* Implement and optimise cross-platform campaigns with a deep understanding of platform algorithms and auction dynamics;
* Utilise contextual and audience segmentation, creative testing, and automation strategies to improve campaign performance;
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive campaign success;
* Be ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge;
* Provide in-depth performance reporting, including actionable insights and recommendations for scaling initiatives;
* Lead and mentor a team of specialists, fostering growth and knowledge sharing in performance marketing;
* Communicate effectively in external client meetings, confidently discuss technical implementations, and provide data-driven insights into campaign performance.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong understanding of attribution modeling, tracking, and analytics to measure cross-channel performance accurately;
* Familiarity with third-party tools and APIs for automation, reporting, and audience insights;
* 10+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X;
* Proven experience leading a team (5-10 members) in a performance marketing environment, fostering collaboration, and ensuring knowledge-sharing;
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and decision-making;
* Experience managing large-scale budgets and optimising for margin efficiency;
* Expertise in A/B testing, creative optimisation, and audience targeting;
* Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners;
* Strong communication and presentation skills (Italian & English);
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for performance marketing.
Nice to have: experience with mobile measurement solutions, tracking solutions, and attribution methodologies including SDK implementation and Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) integrations (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer) across platforms;
