Job Description
A Chef de Partie is a critical role within our culinary team, responsible for overseeing staff and ensuring exceptional food preparation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise staff to deliver high-quality food preparation and maintain excellent Guest and Member experiences.
* Assist with food cost controls, ensuring all menu items meet quality and presentation standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Prepare mis-en-place for all relevant menus and assist in resolving guest queries efficiently.
* Contribute to achieving departmental and financial targets by controlling costs and improving gross profit margins.

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and supervisory experience.
* Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:
* Previous kitchen experience in a similar role.
* Intermediate Food Hygiene knowledge.
* Knowledge of current food trends.
